Podcast Episode Two & iTunes

Episode Two of the world’s fastest growing reality TV odds based UK entertainment podcast is now live. In a second piece of news, Apple, the company behind the world’s premier digital based entertainment portal, have written to the show, to personally approve our launch on the iTunes platform.

In a delighted statement they enthused, “Dear podcast owner. Your podcast, located at http://betsfactor.libsyn.com/rss, has been approved. You should expect to see it on the iTunes Store within the next few hours.”

Whilst not wanting to say it publicly, it is very likely Tim Cook personally listened and felt that this superb podcast was worthy of inclusion in a store alongside Ricky Gervais, boring science stodge from Radio Four and something a couple of guys did in 2008 about wrestling.

Here’s how to get the podcasts right now:

* iPad, iPod and iPhone users – Subscribe via this link. https://itunes.apple.com/gb/podcast/betsfactor-x-factor-news-views/id723888347

* Android, Windows Mobile and everyone else. Load up your podcast app and click “enter RSS feed” or “subscribe to feed URL” or similar; then enter:  http://betsfactor.libsyn.com/rss

Gags aside, I’m doing this as a bit of an experiment, so I’d love it if you wouldn’t mind writing some sort of glowing review (as this helps us get up the rankings and maybe get into the UK Top 100 in TV and Film!) and also we’d love it if you could leave us a voicemail asking a question, or telling us who you’re backing or just rambling on about the X Factor. It’s a voicemail line, so you won’t speak to anyone!

0161 81 82 800. Stick it in your phone and call us again after the show!

Shows will probably come out at some point on a Monday and watch out for special bonus 10 minute shows throughout the series, on the released on the occasional Sunday morning.

Hope you enjoy it – it’s just a bit of fun, so don’t expect anything too polished! Episode 2 is better than Episode 1 and I hope that it’ll improve as time goes on.
